This is my go-to place for lashes! Nicole and all the ladies here are amazing at what they do. I always leave happy no matter which lash style I choose. My go-to look is a more natural style, and they always get it just right.

I asked for a natural-looking lash extension with individual lashes, and clearly communicated my preference. However, I was told on the spot that they only had one option available, which was quite stiff and not suitable for a natural look. I had no choice but to go with volume fans, and the final result looks fake — very far from what I originally requested. Getting lashes done should be a relaxing and personalized experience. I hope this shop can improve by offering more material options and being transparent about limitations before the session, so customers can make an informed decision. Right now, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed.

Maggi was amazing. She was able to take me right away and I got EXACTLY what I asked. I didn't have good experiences with getting extensions in the past so I had came in with lash clusters already on to show her how I wanted it, and she did that but better. Definitely recommend Maggie. She listens to what you want and gives you exactly that. Best experience!!

I usually get my lashes done by Nicole. Today they were done by Susan and she did a phenomenal job. Also the ambiance here is very calming. They are always accommodating and providing great customer service. I recommend to anyone wanting their lashes done

Will 100% recommended this place for anyone who wants to start getting lash extensions or looking for a trustworthy place. You will never leave unsatisfied, Nicole along with her workers are all skilled and will make sure to give you the style you requested. I have very sensitive eyes so I was always scared lashes would irritate my eyes but I never had a problem with their lashes ever since I’ve been getting them done here. Also, the environment of the salon is very clean and pretty. I have brought my friends here to get their lashes done for the first time and they loved it so much and continues to get their lashes done at Fay Lashes.
